Estate Parking

Marlene James is in charge of the parking on our estate; Email – marlene.james@camden.gov.uk. You can apply to rent a parking space on one of Camden’s housing estates, but If you are a tenant or leaseholder, your rent account must be in credit. To apply you will need to provide evidence of: 

  • Blue Badge (if applicable to application) 
  • the Logbook (V5C) for the vehicle   
  • the Insurance Schedule for the vehicle    
  • Apply for Parking permit – This is when we get our TMO (Traffic Management Order)
  • Apply for a Shed-A shed is rented on a licence which can be terminated by either party giving ten days’ notice.
  • Apply for a Garage– They are rented on a licence which can be terminated by either party giving seven days’ notice.

Camden Housing and Park Patrol, Community safety – Anti Social Behaviour and Noise Nuisance

A service for Council tenants and leaseholders, investigating antisocial behaviour, harassment, drug users and dealers, residential noise nuisance, rough sleepers and youth disorder. Daytime enquiries should be directed to the relevant Ward Housing Team. Reporting rough sleepers:

You can report rough sleeping and antisocial behaviour on our estate and on the streets to our Camden Routes off The Streets team, (link below) including:

  • prostitution
  • begging
  • street drinking
  • street-based drug use

The team will find rough sleepers and identify antisocial behaviour hotspots. If rough sleepers refuse support or do not reduce their street activity, they can look at community safety options

Fly Tipping

The Love Clean Streets app can be used to report street cleaning issues, such as illegally dumped rubbish (fly-tipping), dog mess, graffiti, litter and public urination, using your smartphone.
